The
dryer is designed to hardening in ultraviolet paints drawn by
screen-printing on round, oval or flat plastic packages.
Max. diameter of object - 80 mm, height - 200 mm (UV 50/200
R) and 250 mm (UV 50/250 R), width of hardening zone - 120 mm
(UV 50/200 R), 160 mm (UV 50/250 R).
The device works continually in semiautomatic
cycle. Packages are located in a nest of a swivel after overprinting.
All is automatic: transport, exposing of UV radiation, multiple
turn around vertical axis after transition through the UV chamber
(only for cylindrical objects), passing them to chutes.
A chamber of UV hardening is equipped with
easy dismantled emitting-reflectors segment with two UV lamps.
Depending on needs and length of an object you can obtain power
density 170-800 w/cm. It enables efficient process of hardening.
Two high-compressing mercury UV lamps with spectrum 200-400
nm, max. 366 nm are applied and semi-parabolic mirrors made
of electrolytely polished aluminium.
UV zone is walled off with quartz glasses from the nest for
packages. It reduces action of infrared radiation on hardened
objects.
