An automatic screen-printing machine
ASP 1000K/CNC is designed for permanent and effective one color
printing on previously printed or only activated in other machines
tubes made of plastic. The machine obtains high quality print
using UV inks.
This machine in standard is equipped with angle positioning
system according to previously printed marker by using optoelectronic
color sensor.
Some additional equipment can be the lengthways correction system
with application the vision system (a camera). Drives
use servomotors AC in all applications. Using modern digital
CNC controls enables quick and simple inserting and changing
technological parameters from HMI operator panel so it is easy
to rearm the machine. That is why this machine is economical
even with short lots of products.
Multicoloured print by multiple overprinting is possible on
the same machine or by using several machines in the technological
sequence.
